Department-issued handgun, required on duty in uniform, per the February 2023 policy manual.

The Bridgewater (Virginia) Police Department policy manual (Lexipol version dated February 14, 2023) names the Glock 45 9mm as the department-issued handgun and requires it on duty in uniform. The copy was retrieved from the OpenOversightVA public-records archive. The rifle is listed only as a BCM AR-15 without a model, so it is not recorded.
