Line item in the 'One Gun Program' firearms purchase approved Feb. 2023.
This bid tabulation is an exhibit to Commission item 23-0129, approved Feb. 7, 2023. The commission bought police firearms for the department's 'One Gun Program', which standardizes the weapon officers carry, awarded line by line to Lou's Police Distributors. The tabulation lists the Glock Model 45 MOS as the pistol line item. Issue to officers is inferred from the One Gun Program description.

Patrol rifle for the department's One Rifle Program (Commission approval Aug. 2024).
On Aug. 20, 2024, the Fort Lauderdale City Commission approved an additional purchase of Cobalt Kinetics CK-Pro Lite 11.5-inch 5.56mm rifles to complete the Police Department's One Rifle Program, which issues rifles to patrol officers. An earlier 2023 item approved firearms for a 'One Gun Program' standardizing officers' handguns, but the memo does not name the handgun model.
