Department sidearm as of April 2025; the chief said a change to the Springfield Echelon was in progress. Current status not re-verified.
The police chief told the Skagit Valley Herald that all officers carry Sig P320s as their sidearm for now, after earlier trading their Glock 22 .40s for the Sigs. He said the department was moving to the Springfield Echelon and would take it to the city council. That was a plan at the time, so the Echelon is not entered. Current status not re-verified.
