Bought 2021; still in use Dec 2025; replacement tender (2026) suspended pending appeal.
General-issue pistol bought in 2021 (Infodefensa). Still in use: the Dec 2025 holster tender BOE-B-2025-44620 buys universal magazine pouches « (Beretta, Hk y Emtan) » (Lot 2, awarded 11 May 2026). Being replaced, not yet replaced: a tender for new 9x19 pistols for Guardia Civil issue was published in the BOE on 28 Sep 2026 (exp. R/0032/A/26/6, bids closed 2 Oct 2026) and was then suspended by the TACRC as an interim measure pending an appeal (Recurso 1675/2026). No award; the new model is not named.
