P320 in use 2017–2022 per NJ AG complaint (Oct. 2025). Current status not re-verified.

The NJ Attorney General's October 2025 complaint against Sig Sauer says that after a 2017 drop-discharge involving a Howell Township Police Department P320, Sig Sauer swapped the police force's pistols for new P320s, and it describes a second department incident in 2022. The complaint also notes that the NJ State Police removed the P320 from its approved list in July 2025. Howell's current duty pistol was not re-verified.
