Ordinances passed 7-0 on April 19 and Nov. 22, 2024.

The city council passed two 2024 ordinances buying Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm pistols for the police department: an emergency purchase ratified in April 2024 and a bid award in November 2024. The records don't call it the duty pistol. It's entered as the duty pistol because the city keeps buying it for the department, and that's an inference. Generation not stated.
