General Order 602 (revision effective September 1, 2017) makes the department-issued .40-caliber Glock 22, 23 or 27 the primary on-duty firearm, with the model chosen per officer, and allows the Glock 43 9mm for plainclothes operations. The order is old. Current status not re-verified.
