Department-purchased Glock 17s were offered to officers and most carried them, per the deputy chief (March 2020). Officers may carry other qualifying pistols. Current status not re-verified.
The Southwest Ledger (Lawton, Oklahoma) reported on March 10, 2020 that The Village Police Department bought Glock 17s for every officer who wanted one and that most officers carry it. The department also lets officers carry other qualifying 9mm, .40 or .45 pistols. Current status not re-verified.
